Australia East Coast 2010 2014 Australia East Coast, launch May 2010, sailing to Queensland until August 2011 departing for the Islands. Returning to NSW in Nov. 2012. This album has 14 sub-folders. Before and after our Pacific passages.	Nouvelle Caledonie twice 2011 and 12 New Caledonia, our first passage, depart Australia August 2011.....crew!! Steve back again :) and Captain Black - Royce. 6 days to Noumea. Big Blue!! at last!! No much room to stay in Noumea...we found Bouloparis ... In 2012 after NZ, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu we were back, but no time before the cyclone :( a quick stop over...	New Zealand Oct 2011 June 2012 New Zealand albums, 'the place where I kept my boat' - November 2011 till June 2012. Entered NZ in the Bay of Islands - commissioned and fixed /sunny in Whangarei. Various trips ... Auckland and the islands..Great times and friends.	Tonga from NZ 2012 June August Entered at Hapai Islands Late June 2012 with Tessa and I, Alan and Michael crew ...then Nth to VaVa U, left Sunny with Larry and Sheri at the ARK Gallery moorings until October.
Fiji 2012 Sept Oct Fiji 2012 from September 2012 til November. Arrives Savu Savu with Tessa and I, Alan and Kasi. Visiting once just for cruising. Departing after a strong system for Vanuatu just Tessa and I.	Vanuatu Sth Aneityum Is Nov 2012 A flying visit to Vanuatu, on passage from Fiji to NC. A strong system had carried us there and we flew on to NC withing the week.	PNG Louisiade Islands July 2014 PNG departed Cairns 25 June ... 3 nights 4 days to Samarai Louisiade Islands cruising the group for 10 days 4 days later back in Cairns... Helmut and Russell Geisner crewing. Sailing to Samarai windward... Return passage started from 150NM SE islands... more or lesss a reach 25-35 knots July 14	Fishing behind Sunny Most of the fish we catch are Spanish Mackerel, occasional spotted Mackerel, small Tuna, mostly hard to id Bonito etc, a few big eye and a few yellow fin. In PNG a few Rainbow Runners too.
Sunny Girl Seawind 1250 build Build information. It took 3 years to get past commissioning and into maintenance.. Silly things like the Furler was undersize, deck fittings leaking, engines hydraulicing, watermaker falling to bits.... too many Seawind messs ups to menton..

1 Launch May 2010 ... a long process yet..	2 Southport, happy us, in the middle of Surfers Paradise - resort town with everything in front of us.	3 Great Keppel Queensland, this is a great place, the old resort is a bit sad, in the tradition of Queensland big ideas... Nth coast is sheltered from the trade winds and lovely...	4 In that windy alley between Aus and PNG, it is seldom really strong, but, most times requiring 2 reefs and always wondering when to take in the next one
5 Hinchinbrook Island, ocean side fantastic if the trades winds are tame. In this case perfect. Into Zoe bay and hiking up to the best waterfall view in Aus..	6 Free anchored at Taronga park zoo... What harbour city can rival this?	7 Southport Queensland, free anchored in the middle of everything, how does this work? Mirage Resort, Sea-World in the background, awesome..	8 nice graphic :)
9 Vanuatu Sth. Tessa and Moreton	10 Alice at Taronga Park Zoo..	11 Tessa, cave diving Tonga	12 Tonga, some magic place to be found. Like everywher in this part of the pacific there is a SE trade wind on the move most days.
